MemberOne is a progressive web app — there is nothing to download from an app store. Open it in your browser, add it to your home screen, and it behaves like any other app on your phone.
Verify it’s you
Enter the email address your club has on record. A six-digit code arrives; type it in. No password to create, forget or reset.
Your club appears
The app takes on your club’s crest and colours, and loads your membership category, member number, handicap and benefits.
Book, pay, play
Top up your wallet once. From then on the tee sheet, the pro shop, the halfway house and the guest fee all draw from the same balance.

A member wallet is a promise. These are the decisions behind ours.
Secure by design
Payments move on encrypted, tokenised rails with an audit trail behind every transaction. Your wallet is a club account that works across the club’s outlets — simple to use, and simple is what stays safe.
Card details never touch us
Top-ups run through a South African payment gateway using hosted checkout. Your card number goes to the gateway, not to MemberOne and not to your club.
One ledger, reconciled daily
Every top-up, purchase, discount and refund is written to a single immutable ledger. What you see in the app is a view of the same record the club and its accountants see.
Your club, your members
Member data belongs to the club. We process it to run the platform — we do not sell it, and we do not market to your members on someone else’s behalf.

Questions
The ones we get asked most
Do I need to download anything from an app store?
No. MemberOne is a progressive web app. Open it in your phone’s browser and choose ‘Add to Home Screen’ — from then on it opens full-screen with its own icon, exactly like an installed app, and updates itself.
Is there a cost to me as a member?
MemberOne is provided by your club as part of your membership. You are not charged to use the app. You only pay for the things you would pay for anyway — guest fees, carts, pro shop, food and drink — and now you pay for them from your wallet.
What if I belong to more than one club?
One account covers all of them. Switch clubs inside the app and everything re-skins — crest, colours, tee sheet, benefits and a separate wallet balance for each club.
Can I get money back out of my wallet?
Your wallet is a club account rather than a bank account, so balances are spent within the club. Refunds for a cancelled booking go straight back to your wallet. Your club’s own rules on closing an account and settling a balance apply — ask the office, or read our terms.
My club isn’t on MemberOne. Can I still sign up?
Not yet — the app only opens once your club is live on the platform. Tell your club’s manager or committee you would like it, or send us their details and we will get in touch with them.
